Phase 2 Job Summary
Phase 2 Data Ports Workstations Front Desk AP Install- Verify all new Phase 2 data ports are patched in and live.
- Use layout color references: yellow boxes are single data ports and red boxes are double data ports.
- Set up workstations in Phase 2.
- Install additional AP at the purple oval location.
- Complete front desk all-in-one arm/grommet work with MED associate approval.
- Take and upload photos of every new workstation and the network area.

Before drilling or moving drawers at the front desk, confirm the final left/right side placement with Gina or Tristan.

Field Notes
The front desk setup requires confirmation before drilling. The drawers under the desk can be moved so cords can be routed behind them after the approved mounting side is confirmed.
Layout Color Reference
- Yellow boxes: single data ports.
- Red boxes: double data ports.
- Purple oval: additional AP location.
Do not drill, move final front desk hardware, or permanently route front desk cabling until the mounting side is approved onsite.

- Furniture, drawer, power, cable path, or mounting issues.
Do not mark complete unless assigned Phase 2 scope is finished or exceptions are clearly documented and reviewed with the site/client contact.
